The Retail Solutions Providers Association is North America's largest trade association for the retail technology ecosystem.

RSPA connects VARs, software developers, hardware vendors, payment processors, and distributors who serve the retail, restaurant, and grocery markets. Through Home Front Communications, I delivered a homepage redesign for RSPA, modernizing the organization's primary digital touchpoint to better reflect its standing as the industry's leading professional community.

  • RSPA's homepage needed to communicate the organization's value proposition more clearly to a professional, technology-savvy membership audience. As North America's largest retail technology trade association, the site's front door had to signal credibility, relevance, and community to both existing members and prospective ones — particularly software developers, solution providers, and enterprise vendors evaluating membership.
